Together we can make this Christmas a little brighter for those who need it the most.

100% of money raised will go directly to Stirling + District Women's Aid to help Women effected by domestic abuse.

Throughout December, you can take part in the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge with a small donation. This challenge includes 12 fitness tasks that are adaptable for all fitness levels and can be completed at your own pace, either at home or in the gym—no equipment needed!
